Having not used my retainers after being given them 25+ years ago after braces, my teeth shifted causing my bite (down) to change.

I went to Dr. Potter’s Orthodontic, YL, facilty. I scheduled an assessment appointment, saw Dr. Potter, who was very friendly and personable. He gave me a great price as I was referred there by a friend. I received my aligners quickly and now in my second month wearing them. He is just as friendly as he was on day one. He has a wonderful personality and listens to my concerns.

I really like this place. The staff is very sweet. Dr. Potter was very thorough and informative with my kids. They really appreciated that. So far I’ve brought in 3 of my kids to his office within two weeks! I’ve met Carmen and Jen for financial planning and a breakdown of my plans and they’ve been so great with everything I’m really looking forward to hanging around for a while:)

Dr. Potters office was amazingly friendly, efficient, and kind. I had really no intention of leaving the consultation with my granddaughter actually in braces. But the vibe of every person in the office was soooo welcoming, real, and knowledgeable. They have excellent payment options too. So I called her dad and told him how impressed I was. Dad said "Do It" so now, we have new braces in the house! The cost includes any breakage repairs as well as retainers, if lost. That alone pretty much sold me on pulling the trigger. Finally, there is an office in Yorba Linda much closer to our house than Fullerton, so we won the gold ring! Thank you Dr. Potter and ALL your staff for your excellent care and wonderful attitudes!

I just got my braces for the first time, it was very quick and done carefully! Everyone is also very nice and welcoming, I loved it :)

The clinic is clean and tidy, all the staff are very kind to the children, and the price is reasonable. I also introduced two friends to go there.

From my very first visit, my experience has been incredibly warm and welcoming. The team is not only professional, but they truly mean business efficient, respectful of your time, and always on point. I only wish all my other doctor appointments were as smooth and pleasant as those at Dr. Potter’s office. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this experience definitely deserves it. I highly recommend them 100%.
