About 4 months into my treatment and my teeth are already so much straighter than my starting point! All ortho assistants I’ve encountered are gentle and efficient. They have done an amazing job at making sure the wires don’t poke which is a huge help and much appreciated! Dr. Potter himself is just as caring about patients, casual chat with him eases anxiety and his explanation on treatment is the best. I’m excited to continue my treatment here and look forward to the results!! Also, attached is an image of the waiting area. It’s so lovely being there each time, it feels like a cozy cabin! ☺️

Dr Potter was so friendly and seemed straightforward and very much at ease with everything. Jen with financing was also super friendly and positive. The office gave us a good price match/discount, based on my HMO insurance, even though they don’t take HMO plans. The office itself was bright and welcoming, with a bit of a Hawaiian feel, which is a nice change from sterile white dental offices that I’m used to.

Awesome, affordable, and So quick and convenient! I’d say it’s kind of like The Ritz Carl’sJr. We went in just for a 30 minute consult for braces, felt treated like royalty, they beat the out-of-pocket HMO dental plan price we had gotten by $400 with everything included, offered us a payment plan with zero interest, and I said yes that’s great… When can we schedule the appointment to get them installed? The response was, oh we can get that done right now and you’ll be all set in 30 to 40 minutes. This is not how I remember the process of braces when I got them. This is awesome, and they were just so welcoming, polished and professional. I would recommend Dr. Potter And teamwithout hesitation.

If you are looking to invest in yourself and make a positive life change this is the correct place to be. Their office is very welcoming and staff is polite and professional. Be prepared to be amazed.
Jen helped with the choices, financing and advice. I came in for a consultation and because of her I was able to come out with a new smile the same day.
Dani was incredible putting my braces on. She was quick, precise and efficient. She is exceptionally talented in her craft. I loved my experience here and I will be recommending Potter Orthodontics to anyone I come across. Thank you so much

Came here a little nervous but all of the staff made it easy. Everyone was friendly and interactive, Chris explained everything perfectly and Sam handled putting on the braces with delicacy. Dr potter was also super friendly and helpful!

I highly recommend this place. I had an amazing experience. All the staff is extremely friendly. They offer payment plans and are very accommodating. Also, I was very nervous, but the place is very cowboy themed which gives it a cozy vibe.
