I have been coming here for a couple months now, and I have to say this orthodontic office is one of my favorite! I had braces 2 years ago and compared to the other facility this is very local to me and the staff here are great! This was our 4th place for an orthodontic consult for our 14 yr old son. One place only had ortho on Fridays, another place alittle too far, and the other place just too expensive. Hands down the most affordable place, most convenient location, and you’re not paying extra for their new fancy office and technology which I feel you have to help pay for in other places. Dr. Potter and staff are welcoming and get you in and out at your exact appointment time. So glad we found them!

Update 3.01. 23 on my middle son progress on fixing his under bite.It's been a year now. He had expanders put on.Looks like the expanders has widen his upper jaw.Had to come in for an urgent matter and we were able to get an appt either same day or the next day.Love that in the past for my oldest whose had braces here also. We've been able to easily visit the next day for an urgent matter weither it's to fix his lose brackets.Dr. Potter has 2 locations, on Tuesday & Thursday he's located in Fullerton and on Monday & Wednesday he's here in our Yorba Linda office.Dr. Potter removed my sons expanders and since he did have a bit of irritation from the wear of expanders. Gave my son 2 weeks for his gums to heal. Than to return for the next process 3.01.23We've been happy so far with my middle son process.Waiting room has a Kuerig coffee machine for patients or parents to enjoy a cup of coffee or sometimes there's hot chocolate available.Staff here are all so friendly.Lots of Parking available but sometimes tend to fill up pretty fast since it's in a busy dentistry business complex. 3.01.23Was looking for a orthodontist to care for my 8 year old son underbite problem. An important decision and I wanted to make sure we were picking the best orthodontics care. I first met with Dr. Potter alone for the consultation. Than made a 2nd appointment to come back with my husband. So he can explain the treatment he had planned for my son. Very explanatory, patient and we felt assured we were making the right decision picking Dr. Potter. The office staff is very friendly including the office atmosphere, clean and comfortable. We feel we are headed towards a good path care for our son and definitely can't wait for the successful outcome in the next 2 years!

Dr. Potter’s entire office staff is wonderful! My older son just completed his treatment and got his braces off a few months ago to reveal a beautiful smile. My younger son is now starting the second phase of treatment. Throughout the past couple of years, Dr. Potter and the office staff have always been professional, kind, patient and helpful in keeping us informed on the various steps and procedures. Potter Orthodontics is awesome! Having 6 kids, we wanted to find the best deal for braces for our son. We went in for our consult and without hesitation I knew this was the place for us. We have a few friends from school who have gone there and had great experiences. It is a very nice office, the staff is wonderful and I felt comfortable leaving my son in their hands! Dr. Potter explains everything and is warm and friendly. My son loves the little "extras" like the t-shirt and the coins he earns to turn in for prizes. Overall Potter Orthodontics is a great place and I highly recommend it!

Very straight forward. Dr. Potter asks what your dentists concerns are and yours. They take some xrays to confirm and also make a couple of suggestions. He gives you your options and the costs.If all you care about is the price you’ll be hard pressed to find more honest pricing.

Very clean, neat, welcoming place. Extremely flexible in all aspects. Doctor Potter, came from home to take care of my son, when I called, due to pain because of the braces hooks. They work together with you, making you part of the team. They have very nice "incentives" to keep kids interesting and looking forward to the next appointment. Our experience with Dr Potter and his staff has been exceptional. They take the time to tell you what to expect up front (procedure, cost, etc) and they truly make you feel comfortable to ask any questions. Dr. Potter takes the time to address any issues and will make any adjustments to accommodate your situation. We recently had braces placed on our son but didn't realize what an impact it would make on his ability to play the trumpet for his school band. When we contacted Dr. Potter he took our situation and made us feel like we were a priority. He was able to make some minor adjustments and now our son is able to play the trumpet to a degree that he is comfortable with. We have only been a client with Dr Potter for about a week and we are truly satisfied with their service.

Very nice office and staff. Took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Didnt charge for the initial consultation OR x-rays (another Ortho wanted to charge$50 for x-rays). And willing to work with me on a payment plan. I also like their incentive program for the kids to encourage good habits (brushing teeth, etc) in which they offer rewards like gift cards.

Dr Potter and his entire staff are so friendly and kind. It is easy to make an appt and I love that when I call the office, a real person answers the phone. This seems to be such a rarity in this day and age, but it is the type of person touch and attention to detail that you will find at Dr Potter’s office.Both of my sons look forward to earning “Potter Pennies” on each visit and as a parent, I appreciate the built-in motivation/reward system that Dr Ptter has created within his practice. This system has kept my sons motivated to independently care for their own teeth and braces.We did a lot of research to find the right orthodontist for our family and we determined Dr. Potter had the same prices as other orthodontists, and yet it feels like we are getting a “little deal”, or “discount” when our sons have earned gift cards, electrinics, and amusement park passes for cashing in their Potter Pennies.We have recommended Dr Potter to many of our friends and they, too, are pleased with their experience. We all appreciate their two close locations, their short wait times, and convenient availability of appointments.We will continue to recommend Dr Potter’s Orthodontics to anyone in need of his skill.

Sometimes the wait is a litttle long and the few days they are open make it hard to keep appointments with practice and school. Other than that everyone is really nice and they do a good job.

Very friendly staff. Dr Potter is a pro and is great with kids! I would highly recommend for anyone needing orthodontic care! You won’t regret it. Wonderful care, fabulous experience so far and our son had extensive work needed! We can already see results 6 months in! Very thankful!

We have two children that currently have braces put on by Dr. Potter. His staff has been amazing and helpful. Jeri was extremely informative and made our family feel very welcomed to the office. Our son was originally seen by them over a year ago and instead of rushing to put braces on, Dr. Potter suggested us waiting to see if a missing tooth would come in. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he looked at what was good for my son, not his pocket book. We have been very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them!

Very organized office. Staff are friendly and courteous. Billing is easy and systematic. Love the ambiance of the offices. Reward system definitely keeps my son motivated. 🙂

Had a great experience, took in my son although they took longer than expected. Had to point out some of my concerns when they were not moving the teeth were I thought they should be, after that said they moved them very fast! Scheduling was pretty easy....office is always super clean!

I'm on round two of braces and have had only great experiences in Dr. Potter's office. The staff is very friendly and always take great care in my treatment. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good orthodontic referral.
