Potter Orthodontics in Yorba Linda is amazing. We just brought our son in to get his braces and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Every person we interacted with was kind, patient, and so supportive. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made my son feel comfortable and confident about getting braces. The office is clean, welcoming, and very organized.

We are so thankful we chose Potter Orthodontics and truly feel our son is in great hands. If you are looking for a place to get braces, I highly recommend coming here. You will be well taken care of.

I had such a great experience at Potter Orthodontics. I’ve gotten Invisalign quotes from a few places before, and this was by far the easiest and most pleasant consultation. The whole visit was quick, efficient, and they were very transparent about pricing. The treatment plan was also affordable, which made the decision so much easier!

Dr. Potter was calm, friendly, and extremely patient in answering all my questions. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The environment felt really warm and positive.

I also love how convenient they make everything—being able to text the office, see my pricing online, and schedule without having to call is a huge plus. Even when I got my first trays, the appointment was so smooth and fast; I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Best orthodontist I have ever visited. Most places are painful, but the way he does his work is with no pain at all, very fast and excellent job. Dr. Potter is very friendly and helpful. My sister came here before me, and she had the exact excellent experience as I had.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Potter Orthodontics in YL for several months, and I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received. The office is clean and organized, staff are courteous, and appointments run on time. Dr. explains procedures clearly and always ensures I’m comfortable. My results so far have exceeded my expectations.

Jane is a super nice lady who helped me and explained everything very clearly. She answers all of my questions regarding the braces. Dr. Potter is an excellent orthodontist, He ensures that I get the best service and options for me. And all of the staff are very nice and so welcoming. Also, the price is affordable.

So far have had an amazing experience with Dr Potter. I left for the Air Force in March of this year so making check up appointments would ordinarily be extremely difficult due to my time constraints and distance. Even so Dr Potter is flexible and understanding with my circumstances, amazing orthodontist.

I been having a great experience with Dr.Potter. The first intake he was very welcoming and helpful. His staff is very kind and treat patients with care. He makes sure the process is going smoothly and checks in on us.

This place has always had a great customer service and is quick with the job. Love how they have free coffee for the people in the waiting room that is self serve. Always maintained clean and never had a problem here when I come

I met Dr Potter’s staff at a community event. His staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I was intrigued to take my daughter in for a consultation. I took her today and started treatment 🙂 I look forward to her loving her new smile!

Update 10.27.25 on my middle son progress on fixing his under bite.
It's been a year now. He had expanders put on.
Looks like the expanders has widen his upper jaw.
Had to come in for an urgent matter and we were able to get an appt either same day or the next day.
Love that in the past for my oldest whose had braces here also. We've been able to easily visit the next day for an urgent matter weither it's to fix his lose brackets.
Dr. Potter has 2 locations, on Tuesday & Thursday he's located in Fullerton and on Monday & Wednesday he's here in our Yorba Linda office.
Dr. Potter removed my sons expanders and since he did have a bit of irritation from the wear of expanders. Gave my son 2 weeks for his gums to heal. Than to return for the next process 3.01.23
We've been happy so far with my middle son process.
Waiting room has a Kuerig coffee machine for patients or parents to enjoy a cup of coffee or sometimes there's hot chocolate available.
Staff here are all so friendly.

Was looking for a orthodontist to care for my 8 year old son underbite problem. An important decision and I wanted to make sure we were picking the best orthodontics care. I first met with Dr. Potter alone for the consultation. Than made a 2nd appointment to come back with my husband. So he can explain the treatment he had planned for my son. Very explanatory, patient and we felt assured we were making the right decision picking Dr. Potter. The office staff is very friendly including the office atmosphere, clean and comfortable. We feel we are headed towards a good path care for our son and definitely can't wait for the successful outcome in the next 2 years!

Dr Potter, Jen and Ashley treated me so well. This place has excellent customer service and you get braces the same day. I will recommend everyone to come here. Beautiful office location and view! Thank you for making my first braces experience and excellent one!
