I had such a great experience today! The office is beautiful and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The treatment coordinator Jen is very kind and made everything so easy to follow! Dr Potter has a calm demeanor and took his time to explain everything they can do to help me improve my smile. I felt ready to get my braces on! The team works efficiently and I was able to get everything completed within the hour. Dani did a wonderful job placing my brackets/wire and explaining the little goodie bag I got to take home! She got me scheduled for my next visit no problem. I highly recommend coming to this office for orthodontic services! I couldn't help but grab a few extra cards on the way out. they have such cute designs and I found out they have a few prize programs on the back, what a fun office! I had an amazing experience at Potter Orthodontist getting my braces for the first time! Everyone made the entire process super easy and comfortable. Sam put my braces on and did an amazing job! She explained everything perfectly, walked me through the whole process, and made sure I understood how to take care of my braces afterward. She made my first experience with braces feel really comfortable. Jen was also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She explained all of the payment information very clearly, answered all of my questions, and was extremely kind and welcoming. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with braces. Sam, Jen, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. I definitely recommend Potter Orthodontist!

About 4 months into my treatment and my teeth are already so much straighter than my starting point! All ortho assistants I’ve encountered are gentle and efficient. They have done an amazing job at making sure the wires don’t poke which is a huge help and much appreciated! Dr. Potter himself is just as caring about patients, casual chat with him eases anxiety and his explanation on treatment is the best. I’m excited to continue my treatment here and look forward to the results!! Also, attached is an image of the waiting area. It’s so lovely being there each time, it feels like a cozy cabin! ☺️

Everyone in the office was so friendly and Helpful. My son was getting braces and was a bit nervous, but they made the process very easy and fun for him.

Dr Potter was so friendly and seemed straightforward and very much at ease with everything. Jen with financing was also super friendly and positive. The office gave us a good price match/discount, based on my HMO insurance, even though they don’t take HMO plans. The office itself was bright and welcoming, with a bit of a Hawaiian feel, which is a nice change from sterile white dental offices that I’m used to.

Awesome, affordable, and So quick and convenient! I’d say it’s kind of like The Ritz Carl’sJr. We went in just for a 30 minute consult for braces, felt treated like royalty, they beat the out-of-pocket HMO dental plan price we had gotten by $400 with everything included, offered us a payment plan with zero interest, and I said yes that’s great… When can we schedule the appointment to get them installed? The response was, oh we can get that done right now and you’ll be all set in 30 to 40 minutes. This is not how I remember the process of braces when I got them. This is awesome, and they were just so welcoming, polished and professional. I would recommend Dr. Potter And teamwithout hesitation.

Be prepared to be amazed. Jen helped with the choices, financing and advice. I came in for a consultation and because of her I was able to come out with a new smile the same day. Dani was incredible putting my braces on. She was quick, precise and efficient. She is exceptionally talented in her craft. Came here a little nervous but all of the staff made it easy. Everyone was friendly and interactive, Chris explained everything perfectly and Sam handled putting on the braces with delicacy. Dr potter was also super friendly and helpful!
