My daughter always comes here with pleasure because she knows she’ll always be greeted with a smile, guided on how to take proper care, and treated with consistent kindness. I’m also very grateful for their professionalism and the special offers that make the treatment process more comfortable.

We have one almost out of braces and a second just starting his journey. The office is clean, bright and efficient. We are happy with our experience.

Id like to start by saying if ur looking for a place for u or ur child, this is it! i was looking around trying to choose a place for my son & just didnt feel like any place was the right place, Up until i came here i felt that with the staff and everything, I literaly walked in the same day to chek this place out and chose and gott the braces same day. So yes that was a good sign.
The price is good and not expensive as other places i went to. Dr is great with kids, place is clean and homey like, Thanks guys!

Communication was excellent! Very quick to get an appointment. Once at the initial appointment, staff was amazingly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! Braces on the first visit! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Amazing staff! Jen and Dani and just the entire office was so warm and welcoming! They make you feel like part of the family and I sensed a genuine caring atmosphere. Dr. Potter is so calm and kind and listens to you and really tries to get to know his patients and their concerns. I am getting my braces done here and Jen explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions and was extremely compassionate and kind. Dani, the one that placed my braces on was always checking in on me to ensure I was okay and if I needed any breaks. She was precise in the process and took her time with it as if she was an artist. I loved this aspect and really appreciated her for this. Everyone is so warm and just overall great staff🤗 thank you all! Highly recommend!

The consultation for my daughter quickly turned into her getting her braces on the same day! All the information was laid out clearly and they made it easy for me to set up appointments, see how much I was going to pay and set up payments. My daughter was super fond of the Potter Pennies! She can’t wait to start earning more!

We got Dr Potters information on a Friday and was scheduled for a consultation the following Tuesday and now my son is walking out with braces.

I just came to this Ortho on Monday and I felt very comfortable. Everyone was so kind and made sure I was doing good. Dani put my braces on and she was so helpful. She talked to me and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist also was very nice and answered my quesitons. I was recommended this ortho and Im very happy I decided to come.
