I went for a consult today and couldn't be happier with this office. Since the day I called for an appt. they have been extremely communicative with reminders, etc. I was a little nervous since I am an older adult who had braces as a teen and whose teeth have shifted a lot over the years, but the office staff were so friendly and made me feel super comfortable. Dr. Potter was great. I am looking forward to having the straightest teeth again in the future.

Just got my braces for the 1st time today at 33 years old!! Danny was the one that put the braces on me and she was amazing.

I was so hesitant to get them for years, and even visited a few orthodontists before. But until came here and spoke to Dr. Potter and his assistant I was sold. 💁‍♀️ They were very thorough to answer all my questions.

And what do you mean I can choose between clear, metal or Invisalign for the same price!? They even gave me the option to cancel if I chickened 🐔 out last minute. 😅That made me feel much more like it was my decision rather than I got pushed into it.

I love Potter orthodontics, specifically the Yorba Linda location. For starters, their response time is very quick, which I appreciate. They were also very up front about the pricing of everything and even offered a discount. Everywhere else that I have looked into has been too expensive for me and my situation, but Porter Orthodontics really made me feel like my dream smile was possible. I’m super happy with my time here so far!

Great experience! We came in for a consultation and ended up starting braces. Dr. Potter was very knowledgeable, and took his time to explain the treatment plan. The staff was kind and caring. Chris was really amazing in putting on the braces! And I can't say enough how caring Jen was! I reached out to her twice in the after hours and she was there for me, ready to help! Highly recommend!
